We only count the replies Wonkka sends: your customers' messages are unlimited and what you type in WhatsApp Business does not count. Automatic reminders and notices use 1 and promotions use 2. WhatsApp costs are included.
Wonkka charges no sales fee. For bank transfers, Cresium deducts 0.9% per payment. Mercado Pago fees depend on the payment method and payout timing.
In-app alerts appear at 80% and 100%. Once capacity is exhausted, replies pause after a courtesy allowance; your customers' messages keep arriving. Add extra replies or wait for the monthly renewal. They are never added automatically.
